because i love the idea of flexible hours!
i love the idea of lifting people's day when they come in!
i love the products! It's the best coffee inthe world!
because starbucks is a socially and envioronmentally responsible company and that is important to me (ethos water for example).
Because i love the idea of a community gathering place - a coffeeshop!
Because i really like the people who already work here and i think it would be great fun to work with them and learn from them.
I want to learn how to give AWEsome customer service.
Becasue i love making people happy by making their favorite beverage.
Because i love having an employer that supports chairities in the community. I reallywant to support chairities with volunteer work and starbucks supports that.
PS one of my best friends is a trainer at starbucks

Do a little reasearch about Starbucks, and tell them that you want to work for them because you "believe in their philosophy to support the enviornment" or whatever causes management supports (because I remember reading something about them doing charitable stuff).....and you can point out you enjoy working with people, blah, blah, blah.
