Vince Young.

Unless Arizona beefs up their offensive line so Leinart isn't running for his life all the time and can actually throw to Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin then you could bet money that Vince Young will have a far superior year.

Vince Young- He has a team that is solid yet they lack a premier leader. Young will fill the hole of leadership. Not by his off the field presence, but hiis actions on the field shout leadership. They way he controls the ball and the tempo of the game is amazing. Leinart is a close second because he has such a dominate offense i dont understand how they dont score 40 points a game. Oh yea, their O-line. But with Ken Wisenhunt as the new face of the franchise, this team will be in the wide open battle in the NFC. Arizona will win 8 or 9 games next year, be ready. Cutler is quality in ball management, or at least he should be next year. but the big play QB will be Young, although they might not win 9 or 10 games, the Titans will have a productive season around Young, but lets not forget they are in the AFC and will face much tougher opponents week in week out. 3 years down the road, i have Young going to the Probowl, thats 2009 mark in on your calendar.

I say that Vince Young will have a huge impact in 2007.

With that said, I think that Cutler will make huge steps in 2007. He only started a few games and he looked good, throwing 2 TD passes in every but one game I believe. He should make an instant impact and that team will be very good next year. That will be the sophmore 07 QB to watch.

I would say Cutler but he ended the season on kind of a bad not. Lienert I would say although he is playing for the Cardinals. So in conclusion I have to go with VY because he brought the Titans back from nothing and made them a playoff contender. He can pass the ball (even though people thought he wasnt very good at it) and can scramble if the time comes for it. He is hard to sack and the O-Line is just getting better. He will have more time to throw the ball down field and get ore TD's next season.

I'd say Cutler will have the best year followed by Leinart and then Young.

tie between Young and Leinart. Young will win with his legs, Leinart with his arm and brains.
They will both be 9-7 next year.

It would have to be vince young. Remember Rothelisburger? He had a wonderful rookie season and went on to win the Super Bowl. I'm not saying Young is a lock to do the same, but you certainly have to believe it's not out of the possibility.

Young, without a doubt. The titans have set up their offense to take advantage of his strengths. He had a very good 2nd half of his rookie season, and I think he will do well (and I'm not even a Titans fan...if only the Dolphins can get a decent QB...and running backs...and offensiive line...and defense...and a coach.....ok, doggone it, we're hosed!!)

Vince Young. He did the most with the least in 06, and if they get him any decent weapons for next year, the Titans will probably make it to the playoffs
