should i use my sauna while i have a cold?

i have a low grade temp(99.6) i am achy and stuffed up will a sauna help or hinder?

u have a sauna? Lucky! Yes use the sauna but make sure any other people stay away. Don't want them getting sick... Feel better soon ok?

I think it will be okay. If you're fever where any higher, it might not be a good idea. Maybe you could call your doc.

yes you want to sweat off the fever..always it will clear out any stopped up noses also. hope you feel better soon...
