give her some calpol and if it does not start to come down within the hour then you should call your doc. need to also look out for other symptoms tho it may just be teething in which case just calpol will do, but if she has a persistent cough, rash, runny nose etc it may be an indication that she has an infection and neds antibitoics.

Call the doctor so he can check her over. You should give Calpol (baby paracetamol) and alternate every two hours with baby Nurofen: first dose Calpol, two hours later Nurofen, two hours later calpol, 2 hours later nurofen until her temperature is under control. The Calpol / Nurofen trick was told to me by doctor when my baby had a febrile fit due to an uncontrolled fever, so it is perfectly safe. Make sure though that you are not confusing brands and drugs.

You should also strip your baby down and dab her down with tepid water - not cold as it can cause shock.

Give her calpol and sponge her down with tepid water. But i would advise to contact your doctor as soon as possible for advice. It could be just hr teething but to be on the safe side phone the doctor.
