It came up negative. I am so sad. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a year and a half. We have a beautiful two and half year old daughter, and had no problem getting prgnant with her. But ever since I had her, I don't have a period unless I take Provera or birth control pills. What is wrong with me? I want another baby so bad, I'm getting really depressed about this. Does anyone have or had the same problem as me? I feel so alone. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Hunny, try and relax. there is nothing wrong with you. First are you testing too early? Second did you have sex during your fertile time? if yes to both then I would wait a few more days gthen test again. If it is negative go see your doctor.He will be able to help you get your cycle back on track and help you get pregnant. Good luck1.

I think that you are incredibly fortunate to have the daughter that you have. My husband and I have been trying for our first child for 3 years with 2 miscarriages and no other luck. Talk to your OB and don't give up! I am still peeing on a stick 12 days out of the month to track ovulation and charting cervical mucous and bbt, I refuse to quit until I receive my little miracle. Just don't stop trying!

Heather, i'm so sorry that you got let down once again. A year and a half is a really long time to be living from cycle to cycle. Your doctor needs to help you figure this one out.
The one ray of sunshine and hope that I can give to you is to remind you that you had a baby just 2 and a half years ago, so we know you CAN DO IT!!!!!
For today, to get through the depresion, you should either take action and get in to see your doctor to work out a game plan, or do something else entirely to get your mind off of ttc.

It took me 2 miscarriages in a 6 yr period to finally have my son. Then 5 yrs later I am now pregnant for my 2nd son. I had tried to get pregnant off and on through those 5 yrs with no luck. Then we went to a water park this summer and I went down the monster slide..(this is what I am blaming on this pregnancy..lol). I must have shook up something.. cause we were not really "trying" for this one. He is my little shocker. Relax.. me of all people saying to relax.. But it seems to happen when you least expect it. Don't give up...It took me 5 years for my second and 3 for the one
I am carrying now...Sometimes it just takes a while. Try not to focus so much on the trying, as soon as my husband and I quit trying we got pregnant. I know what feels like. Just hang in there and good luck.

Just be happy for the child you have now. Some folks try and can't concieve one child let alone 2 or 3. It will happen eventually.
