Hi, Can anyone help?
I'm filling in a job application form and there are 2 empty pages to describe my "motivation" for this job. The job is a personnel administrator (like an HR job).
Can anyone give me some ideas of what to write? or any websites that could help?
The only things i can think of putting would take up half a page at the most!

Say that you love people, and feel everyone should have equal opportunities in the work place. The reason that you want to work for this company is because it stands for growth, equal opportunites and forward thinking, and I would like to make sure that every single employee feels the same way.
Do not feel you have to fill the 2 pages. But make sure you have something in the interview to back it up. Just twist expamples to your advantage.

Doubt you need to fill the whole two pages. I'd say thats just for people who like to brag about themselves. Just say you're a hard worker, reliable, punctual, the usual stuff
