What is an in-tray test for a legal secretary?

I am to do an in-tray test before being employed by a legal firm for a secretarial role, however, I have no idea what it would entail...just curious to know.

Im a legal secretary and Ive never heard of that!!

It looks like basically they will give you some post/emails and ask you how you would respond to them?
