is it really a "what" question?

I'm speaking on behalf of those who compromise the traditional beliefs with the current lifestyle. I think, people now are more critical in drawing a line between religiousity and spirituality. I observed that practices from the past are stricter and very restricted. It seems like religiousity dwells mostly on the physical manifestation and (sometimes) focuses less on the spiritual sense. I have observed nowadays that people are more expressive of their faith in terms of sharing their thoughts and practicing more spiritually-inclined activities (e.g. yoga, retreats). A lot!! It's not necessarily organized religion but it is a touch from God. I feel the Holy Spirit sometimes and I grieve when He leaves quickly. I'm not good at prayer because my prayers are more like a grocery list of the things I want God to get for me. But I am aware of a positive force all around me when I try to get alone and do what I guess people call meditate. I lift my arms up and call on the Highest Positive Power I can reach. I feel like an idiot sometimes when nothing happens. But it's worth it, for all the times it does.

Who's spiritualty? perhaps you need to define your question./ We can only answer personaly. Perhaps it is to do with view on right or wrong, Maybe how our "faith' tells us what to do/ Mine is about how my life can make things better. I do not believe that the answer for me is religion ( in the organised sense) Spirituality is about sense of self in this world and connecting to the "other parts of ourselves" that have not yet been defined
