my girlfriend dreamt that she was driving her car and she made an accident and she found that her hands were hurting aloot but the left hand had more hurts and both of them were full of blood and once she saw me coming then without saying any word i gave her my shirt cuz she was felling cold then she said sorry cuz she made the shirt full of blood then i took her hands and she said that her hands were hurting her and she didnt know where i wanted to take her then she wake up, i hope that anyone out there can tell me what is means iam really worry thanx for every one

Dont worry, its good you come on here to find out. in my dream book it says

Well if she had a car accident, she may have cut herself.
not everything has to have an incredibly deep and insightful meaning to it, sometimes a nut, is just a nut!
I just enjoy what I dreamt about and have a good laugh about it, were else can you do anything that you want without repercussions.... like flying like superman, without wings, or having sex with famous people.... just go with it

I'm not much of a dream interpreter, but I think it may be guilt over something. Lady Macbeth believed she had blood on her hands, and would obsessively wash them to get the blood off.
Of course, I could be totally off, but that's just my take on it.
