Since constructive feedback from earlier, my girlfriend and I have worked on her site. More constructive comments now the site isn't so pink would be welcome.

I'm not keen on the writing all in pink - its hard to read and a bit teenyboppy...

Other than that Ok - best of luck to her.

I'm a web manager - hope that qualifies me.

Its far too pink. I get the fact that your girlfriend may be wanting to appeal to the female audience but you need to tone it down a bit.

It looks more like a Gay cabaret site.

Also, you need to carefully think about the colours you do choose, as people with visual problems use diffrent types of browsers (more out there than you think - you'd be alienating quite a large potential client base).

I'm afraid I didn't spend enough time to give you a detailed critique because my eyes started to hurt after a few seconds.

On the whole however, it looks quite detailed and she has obviously put a lot of work into it - well done.

Hope this has been slightly useful. Why not check out: http://blog.webhosting.uk.com/2006/10/09/colors-for-a-website/

I'm going for a eye bath....ow.

Well I think she has a great jewelry selection of not seen everywhere everyday stuff BUT IT LOOKS LIKE someone threw up pepto bismol all over her site WAY TOO MUCH PINK i understand she may like pink but it made it hard to read which in turn gave me a headache so i say edit the colors and if i knew conversions of money i would have bought some stuff so maybe she should add a page link that tell what other monies equal like one us dollar equals how much of a what you use or add a link to a exchange rate site and i would be interested in buying stuff but a good deal there may be a rip off here so those are my suggestions but DO GET RID OF SOO MUCH PINK PLEASE

Bit too pink. Would appeal to younger girls and i think you should try to appeal to older girls as well as they have their own income and disposable income too. I would advise setting up an ebay shop as it has done wonders for my business and increases the awareness of your company. Paypal would be a good addition to the site. Offer a gift facility as well. You could offer for an extra fee to box it wrap it and ask them what they want written on the gift card that comes with it. Bit like interflora but for jewellery. Hope that helps. Good luck guys.

i think of plainly good. that is stressful for me to narrate, being as though i'm a male. one element that that is advisable to re-examine, the "banner hyperlinks" hyperlink is probably no longer an excellent element. It takes human beings away out of your web site. whilst it may generate some gross sales with the aid of different ability, even though it takes away out of your shoppers, particularly those that are different rings websites. yet another element, might that could be a risk to function an icon/thumbnail photograph for the quite a few categories? as quickly as I "enter save", it basically populates a itemizing of greater hyperlinks. might that could be a risk to have a photo there as a "sampling" of what that classification delivers? additionally, the call/header on the website is particularly fuzzy. I mean, that is legible, yet fuzzy. only one thing to contemplate attempting to sharpen up some if a risk. and ultimately, have you ever adult men seen doing a provider provider account for accepting credit taking part in cards? whilst PayPal is a nicely-enjoyed determination for assorted human beings, it returned takes human beings out of your web site. this delivers that guy or woman who fairly greater time to return to a determination to alter their innovations...
