It can be an extremely valuable help for people you have genuine problems. Unfortunately, however, there are a small number of people who think it funny to give 'smart-***' answers to peoples' questions.
I don't know why these peole act this way, it is a waste of their time and the time of the people asking the questions.
Overall, though, I think there are genuine benefits from the system and the majority of people act responsibly on it and do try to help.
