I am Japanese. I watched on TV about one man succeeded in US by selling ' special sause for food'. but he said "even I succeed, end up white people become top of any kinds of genre. but I will try."
I think US's national character is cowardice, so they can be allowed to have guns. maybe US is immigration country so they try to protect theirself.
Everyone feel scary things that never know. so they can watch only one way. and its become streotype. and missunderstanding each other.

Ok to the poster who said "WHITES" are the minority...I have a question for you, WHAT IS "WHITE" to you?

White is NOT American....

There are "white" people ALL OVER THE WORLD...it's a RACE not an ethnic background.\
I am white but I was born in Colombia...does being born in Colombia automatically demote from being "white"?

Now...to answer the original poster, YES there is racial discrimination in this country. A lot of it is STEREOTYPES though. And for some reason it is taught that being hispanic, italian, german, etc...is a RACE...not an ethnic background...

There are black white and yellow italians, germans, south americans....etc...it's all one stupid stereotype...OR the other thing that pisses me off is, if you speak spanish you're either from Puerto Rico or Mexico (no offense to people from that country) those are not the only spanish speaking countries in the world.
I have experienced racism towards me. I've been asked VERY rude questions just because I am from Colombia..and that country's viewpoint is comlpletely screwed up not only in the U.S. but around the world. it's stupid...

Yes, but your theories as to the character of this country are false.

Christians always claim to be the underdog, especially when they're not.

Yes, unfortunately there is racial discrimination in the US, like the rest of the world. Just look around you and it'll be obvious.
