I'm not being illegal or anything. My dad made a DVD and I can't find the file on my computer to use, so I need to burn it onto the computer again. I can't figure out how to do it, and if you can't with Windows Media Player, can you tell me how I can? Oh yeah, I'm also doing this so I can put it on YouTube, so if there's a quicker way to do that, I would appreciate the info.

I use dvdripper 4.0 by xilisoft to transfer dvds into mpeg clips. Then I upload the mpeg clips to my youtube and myspace accounts. I've been using the free version which maxes at 5 minutes. Youtube allows 10 minutes per video upload, so this works for me. If you purchase dvdripper you get unlimited time on dvd transfers.
