Guess you would have to ask her if you really want to know. Also guess you would have to know why the children are dropping out of school, some high risk kids have no stable home life, drugs are involved, and so on, there is no simple solution to this problem. Parent education is a must, the drug problem has to be addressed, and getting children into a program they can attain success would be real helpful. Was that any help?

your just as ignorant as Hillary. Are you sure your not related??? Your probally a low life who wants everyone to spend there hard working money on you. Why don't you get a life and get educated. Republicans are educated its the Democrats that aren't. They are baby killers, welfare supporters and criminals. Have no morals and values. Its not a President job to do anything for low life drop outs. Its the parents jobs to take control of there children and raise them properly. So the hell with drop outs. If they want to not accomplish anything in life so be it. Not my problem. They have the same opportunity as everyone in this world to do well in life.

I love Hillary Clinton.
I am sure the reason for drop outs is that kids feel there is no future-there is no future with the scumb bag president that we have right now-stupid is in!
There is a future for everyone but we need to feel that way.
Everybody should have the insentive to do better than do worst. The Bush World is bleek-under-educated is how they want part of the population so they can pick these loafers up off the street and send them to war. If they have a draft you will see this happening. Save your brothers and sisters by talking them into going back to school-there is hope.

I don't believe she has a plan.
And if she says she has one, I would not trust her, as she is already being caught in lies.
She is backing herself in to a corner, as she says one thing to one special interest group, and then something totally different to another.
She's lying and she's not even president!
(Hell, Hillary, at least have the dignity to wait until AFTER you are elected!!!!)
