Society likes to ' blame' people if they are unemployed, calling them lazy etc however usually there are mitigating factors one of them being attitude.

The longer people are unemployed, the more poor their attitude becomes, because all people want to feel worthy and able to contribute to their family's well being or society.

They may need upgrading in education and not know where or how to access help.

They may have transportation or health issues which effects not only their employablility but their attitudes as well.

However, it is NOT all the unemployed person's fault. The economy plays a huge part- most people have trouble suriving on minimum wage or half their salaries or have to settle for mcJobs- temporary part time with no benefits no health coverage.

Employers ' attitudes also play an important part, many times they see someone over 40 or 50 and think they're too old. Still steeped in the generational stereotype that older workers won't be staying that long and will want to retire.

Sexism also affects someone 's unemployment. They see women of child bearing ages and automatically assume she'll need time off to have a baby and have other family obligations so they don't hire young women.

People with disabilities suffer chronic unemployment due to employers attitudes that if they are disabled they aren't able to do any kind of job , which is not true. In this day of the information worker many disabled people are more adaptive to technical devices than the able - bodied and will bring their own adaptations to the worksite.

So it's a combination of attitudinal problems, the unemployed, the employer and society's attitudes all play a part in unemployment.

No, what an unique question... comparable might nicely be utilized for many different varieties of leisure, ie, action pictures, video games, different musical genres, yet you chosen to objective rap track. How very handy. i myself do no longer see how a variety of track might desire to ever be in charge for unemployment. How fully ridiculous. you could rant on and on approximately distinctive theories as to why people devote a criminal offense, yet for my section, having a level in criminology and offender justice, i detect all of it a load of rubbish to be truthful. This being between the garbage theories. the only value i think of it has, is in all probability improving offender behaviour wherein became into already there initially. So no, it could't be blamed. I hear to rap (no longer partial to present day stuff out) and all varieties of alternative types, i do no longer evaluate it to make me experience a unexpected urge of violence in direction of yet another man or woman in any respect.

Unemployment rises and falls with economic activity. which depends on, among other things, the willingness of people to spend on goods and services. One of the leading economic indicators is the "consumer confidence survey". which measures the attitude of consumers about future spending.

Because if they just give up and sit on the couch, they won't get hired. Employers won't come to your door asking if you want a job.
