The link didn't work, but I don't think he is but he might be.Because the stuff that getts on spiddy is the same thing that happend to venom. So it might be possible.

I thought he wasn't going to make an appearance till the 4th... since Spidey goes all black in the 3rd and the Astronaut boyfriend is periferal.

Yes, it's real. The trailers all show him in an all-black spidy outfit.
