what do you think will bring the peace back to these individuals? (i'm referring to gang wars, drug dealing, robbery, etc...) If you live this kind of life, why do you think you will accomplish doing this, that you couldn't more peacefully accomplish through student loans, and a college education?

High surge? Black on black crime has never really diminished. Economics and upbringing plays key roles in this epidemic. People need to stop having children if they're not going to be parents and raise them up to be moral and positive individuals. And until our country does something about the brutal poverty, minimum wage, layoffs, etc., people will not stop robbing and selling drugs because for some, it's the only way they think they'll be able to support themselves and their families. And blacks aren't the only ones selling drugs and are in gangs. The Italians, Hispanics and Asians are also notorious for these things, as well.

Clear out the ghettos...
quit hiring crooked cops...
Actually care about people, and try to improve lives...
Show people the love of Christ...
and some still won't give up their life style... we live in an evil world.. and we just have to deal with it the best we can...
don't worry about "black on black" crime...
do you thing that blacks should only commit crimes against whites?....
how about this... lets work to stop crime....

this question is based on what fact? Did you watch a rap video today or are you just asking this because you saw a story on the news about someone getting shot?
if you can produce actual evidence of this "surge," then you will be able to answer the question yourself.

send them back to africa were they feel they so strongly came from, even tho I can honestly bet you none of them alive today even have any real ties at all to africa
