My mom is home with cancer.and is really unable to walk around on her own anymore.I live in madison Wisconsin,and I heard that the state will pay me to stay homw and take care of her.Im wondering if this is true,and if so how can i apply for this?

I believe you're talking about the Community Options Program (C.O.P.). Call your local county department of Social Services and ask about applying:

~Check her insurance, what other sources of income does she get? Try Social Security. Isn't there an elders program there, which includes the disabled as well?
