It is a very difficult to get all money back to India from Swiss bank.
That Bankers will never agree to refund the all moneys get back to
India. Their, some strict rules & regulations saves their clients.
But, It, can be solved, If our Hon'ble President takes inaciatives
to talk with swiss bank authorities. On the other hand, the corrupted
leaders will be takes an agitation by another different issues aganist
Hon'ble President.

You cannot do anything. Only way out is tell them, no questions will be asked and no Tax will be levied. Then all the money will flow back. But it will be bad to true tax payers
