I asked for a bagel with a "llittle" bit of butter...got to work...its this massive BLOB....is it me...or are they just F*!@# backwards? Does this happen to you too?

I know what you mean, every time I go there and order my usual (Strawberry Coolata w/extra whip cream and a bagel w/ cream cheese) they always either seem to rip me off of my extra whip cream or put just plop my cream cheese on with out spreading it! I swear that if their coolatas weren't so darn good I wouldn't go there anymore!

Yes, recently I asked for a bagel with a little cream cheese and they put enough on it for at lease 3 bagels. It is just a blob and such a waste to use all that cream cheese.

When I lived in NYC I'd stop at this bagel shop and order a cream cheese bagel, just a little, and i swear they put like half a pack of cream cheese on it. They did this every time no matter what I asked for.

Maybe you get what you got bec the people who work in these type of places are kids who could care less bec all they are making is $5.25 an hour and dont care if they get fired there is always Burger King. I think you should just let it go take a deep breath and scrape some off. Be thankful they didnt spit on it :)

Never been to Dunkin Donuts... I feel like they would have **** coffee, I like the good, organic, dark french roast gourmet stuff

They're possibly the worst place in london to eat! I took my son in there, he wanted a sausage roll, I had a cheese and bacon croissant, and it cost me seven bloody quid! The service was appaling - you'd think that a successful franchise like that would have at least given their staff uniforms. The girl that served us was a real stroopy cow who only smiled when she was taking my money, and to top it off the 'food' was bloody vile. Never again!

Those people work at D&D for a reason. They may be nice and friendly but for the most part not exactly what you would call executive material.
