to answer the question blindly it is what you enter this Universe as pertaining to Gender. Permit there are some abnormalities. To take it a step further, rules of being a woman are characteristics made up by the Society in which we choose to exist on what is "lady-like" or not. It is more difficult to be ones SELF then to depict gender because no one but you can tell you who you are or who to be. This is where difficulty comes in because there are no guidelines just experienced behavior.

Scientifically then one should have the right things in the right place but socially to be accepted as a women differs from cultures to cultures. One country's idea of perfect women could be producing several children while in another country it could be wealth or the no. of men (husband) she got.
It totally depends on the belief system, social status, culture and geographical positioning.

I believe it's when you know who you are and behave like lady for instant knowing when to say whoa! is what I'm doing right or wrong? putting trust to yourself and confidents, be proud for being a woman and that's what I believe it 100% woman, thank you for your question

i dont know for sure but in my perception men or women who fell attracted or like you in such a way is the one who will tell you that. As in the saying "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" so if they say shes a perfect woman so be it.

not sure, i had hysterectomy few yrs ago due to cancer, thought i wasn't a proper woman anymore but bf made me realise i'm 100% woman to him
