Make X calls, then allow yourself a treat, a walk, hobby time, something nice just for you. Then back to the phone.

Being your own boss is hard, especially if you are the only employee which is what is sounds like here.
Now like any business owner, you must build a workable schedule.. as you won boss you can work 4 hours a day.. 3 days a week and 10 hours the other two days.
But what you need to do is take a physical and mental vacation.. It seems that you have the "job jar" open which means you are constanly thinking about the job.
What you need is a vacation. Take some time off mentally and physically.. refresh.. Do not answer the cell. Let customers and clients know you will be away for 3 days and then chill out. When you come back, you will be a little more refresh and better able to deal with the business.
Then in 2 weeks, plan another week off.. Then in the next month take off 2 weeks.. I know you are saying I cannot take all this time away.. Yes you can!!
You are your own boss and right now you need a break or some help. BUT even traditional employees take breaks.. The business needs a break from you too.
The money will come as you work it.. But right now stop the grinding for a bit and rejuevnate.. You are burned out and need to refresh!
Eventually the business will begin to work for you while you sleep.
So again, refresh, step back in and watch the business grow. But again for now step away and chill out starting today.. Friday.. take the entire weekend off and plan your own personal Superbowl Party,, even if it just you there.. Go out an buy the soda and chips and order a pizza and laugh and watch the games and million dollar commericals.. You will be fine.
Hire someone you can help you.. Have them sign a contract that keeps them for 6 months.. then re-evaluate and see if they will be an asset for the business.. But you can also do it alone, but you have got to rest up!
But in order to get re-motivated you have got to rest and change for the business norm IF only for a while.
Print this out and post it on your refrigerator as a reminder when you are getting burned out.. You are a hard worker and that is good BUT you have to refresh.. Jesus did and so must you!

Dear Burnt Out,
I work for my self also with no employees. When I am feeling this way, I take breaks often and turn on the TV, read, call a friend, and try to get as many diversions as possible. After a short while of this I return to work and am energized. Also maybe you need to schedule in a vacation. It doesn't have to be anything major as the details and logistics can be overwhelming. Make it simple and hopefully you can take 5 days to a week off. It takes the first three days for you to stop either thinking of work or stressing about it. After that try to completly give up all thoughts of work.Lunch out with friends is a good escape also.
Hope this helps.

Take a break. Do something fun and dont think about work at all. When you are ready to go back to work, remind yourself of why its important for you to work and why you need to stay motivated.

Do something else, something you enjoy or love to do maybe some hobby until the mood comes.
That's what I do. Chocolate also makes you feel happy.
