It depends on the type of help that they want. If they're around a bunch of right wing, Christian looneys, and they believe that homosexuality is wrong, then they might want to go to some Christian Youth Group.
If they're sensible, they could go see a psychologist, or a professional that is more adept at handling issues regarding sexuality.
Or, they could go talk to other gay people, or join an online community that provides support for teenagers who might be gay.

Depends on what you mean by "help". If you're looking for acceptance, your parents are an option, of course. But I understand that they may or may not be very accepting. Friends, guidance counsellors, or even web sites - I'm sure there are some for gay teens. If you are uncomfortable with being gay, I would suggest maybe speaking to a religious leader who, depending on your religion, will either try to help you accept it or tell you what your particular religion says on the subject to help.

I found some links of of a school group's link list:

You could also try a guidance counselor (or, if your guidance dept. is anything like the one in my old highschool, talk your parents into taking you to a generic counselor / psychologist "just to talk to someone about some stuff"). You should also google your city and "gay youth" to see if there's any local organizations.

Go to google, ans type in gay teen support.. you will come up with a number of options. Also, try Pflag, as Megan said. They are a wonderful resource and can help you find support in your local area.

Try your school counselor. Look for "safe" signs on teacher's doors: I believe they are pink triangle stickers.
Call the local PFLAG (Parents, Families, and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) chapter and tell them you need help. They'll be able to direct you.

it really depends whereyou live and the "help" you are looking for. For example in Boston, BAGLY (Boston Alliance Gay and Lesbian Youth) Nationally, you can try G.L.A.D. Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders. Or you can e-mail me for further advice. But again, it depends on what you are looking for. Good Luck
