As they say there is a fine line. You can't really hate someone unless you really loved them. Love & hate are not opposites, the opposite of hate is indifference.

There is no difference except the intensity. Love and hate are two heads of the same coin. But Total Indifference is the opposite of them both and people get that mixed up. When you don't care at all what someone else does or says then you are indifferent to their needs. You don't hate OR love them! Love or hate means you are totally still involved with their lives.

Love is the Universal unity of Man and God,Man and Self, Man and Man, Man and nature. Hate is a learned behavior that seperates the prior mentioned that is fuel through the mind intentially through ignorance ( lack of knowing), bitterness and misunderstandings and misuse of words and expression.
