you can go to state board if you want to do your 10th from an private institution.Ignnou is not a open school its a open university so you cannot do your schooling from ignou.

Open school has head office in Kailash colony, New Delhi. They have arrangements in every big city with some schools. You can join that school in your city which is connected with open school for 8th, 10th or 12th class exam.
