well you can look at the SBA but they do not give start up money, and I have come to believe they don't give out any money to the small ( little people) only to those who don't need it in the first place. You can also try talking to Score, they have a web site too. But don't hold your breath on getting any help from anybody.. we are only the great unwashed!...sorry to sound so bleak but having been there I know what it's like.
