I have this friend who is 24 that has stayed w/ us for 6 months. We cannot kick her out unless we go to court. We do not have the money to do that. She lost her job 1 month ago, has not gone looking for another, she does NO chores around the house(she actually makes them by leaving stuff all around and not picking up after herself) She has turned into such a slob since she started hanging out w/ this 40 somthing yr old man who is still married and has a gf who is pregnant and they all live together and she is in love w/ him. She does not take showers anymore she wears pjs everyday w/ holes in the backside showing her butt. Her hair is greasy, her feet stink. She has not paid her rent w/ us, she never buys her cat food or litter or cleans the litter box, me and my fiance do that, and the list goes on. What are we to do? Because she has established residency here we have to legally evict her but we do not have that kind of money, and she is such a bad influance on my children, any sugg?

Thank u, you really made me laugh!!!!!!!...
No, seriosly, she seems really unbearable... POOR YOU! Where did you get a friend like her????!!!...
Try to talk to her (by being not very gentle), make her clear that you can't afford keeping her with you, because you have work, children, a house which must be looked after etc., and you really can't be more patent with her, Tell her she must find a soulution, that she's 24 and you're not a center of charity.
If she's so barefaced she doesn't want to leave, than hire a professional killer... If this doesn't work too.... god, man, I don't know what to say... you definetly have to buy her a pair of new pyjamas...

This is a hard one. Not sure really why you can't kick her out. But, anyway, if not maybe you could tell her that you are moving and there won't be any room for her in your new place and she needs to start finding another place to go. It's just an idea. Good luck - it doesn't sound very pleasant!

This is YOUR home, not hers. Tell her she has to move and give her a deadline. If she refuses? Call the police and have her escorted out. You don't have to legally "evict" her since she is not a tenant and paying no rent. And I sure wouldn't be calling her a friend. Good Luck

Is she on the lease with you and your fiancee. If she isn't paying her share of the rent then she's not living up to her agreement, i'd tell her she either get's things back on track or get moved out really quick. If that doesn't work, then maybe you could go to legal aid and they sometimes offer free legal help to help people who can't afford to go to court

first i call the lwas an see if they could maybe move her out,,if that dont help, look at the hospital, for help,in some cases they can take her in for 72 hours an treat her,But in any way you go, it not good for her to,be doing this around the kids,i wish their was a easy answer ,but the only thing i could say is take her to court, if the law wont help

you won't be able to truly do away with it. yet i might start up with looking a clean activity. and end writing lots on the pc. Do actual video games which includes your human beings. Set a objective for your self to in basic terms stay on the pc for 2 hours then shrink down each month. it ought to save you a pair of greenbacks on the electrical powered bill!!! ;). particularly locate something else to do, in case you won't be able to look at what video clips are drawing near, what activities that sound kinda cool. Be obtainable fairly of interior here.

Who told you that you cant get rid of her w/o going to court? Thats absolutely ridiculous. Shes just been a guest in your home, right? Her names not on the lease or the mortgage, right? And you think that just because shes long over-stayed her welcome she now qualifies as a tenant? Give me a break! Give her 2 or 3 days to get her crap moved out of your house and sic the long arm of the law on her (the popo) if she doesnt. In the meantime, she uses NOTHING she hasnt helped pay for, including food, electricity, etc. Jesus, just tell her "your not welcome here anymore. Take your mangy cat and get the hell out"
