if she actually appears on page 3 then they must be real
the sun held a survey a few years ago when Jordan was first talking about having a boob job, and the majority voted for her not to have it and that she looked just great how she was..... i think it was after that the sun said only real ones would be allowed on page 3 as it appeared that most people preferred that
not that you wont see fake ones in the sun...... but they are usually put on another page now if they are
