hey you connect your ipod with your computer and go to where the song is a right click on it and then say download to ipod

if you already have the song just download it to the 'my music' folder which you should have on your computer and then go to your itunes, click file and import and you should find your song there :D

then change it to mp3 by streambox ripper.
