Well I would love to see the WWE hire Kurt Angle, AJ Styles and Samoa Joe but I know it will never happen unless TNA goes under. So I'm gonna be more realistic.
Hire Teddy Hart. Hart is one of the best high flyers I have ever seen. It's unfortunate that he has such a bad attitude. But if they brought him in they could do a New Hart Foundation storyline with him Harry Smith, Naddie Neidhart and TJ Wilson.
Hire Kip James. Believe it or not, Kip James said he would leave TNA in a heart beat if WWE offered him the right amount. I think James has a great look and they could do a great storyline between him and HHH.
This isn't really a hire but more of a move up. I think the WWE should move Paul Burhcil back to the main roster. He didn't really get a great storyline while on Smackdown but he has a great gimick now in OVW and should get moved back up. If you don't know much about him, he was considered the Goldberg of Europe before he came to the US. He would perform moves you would expect of a cruiserweight while he was 6'3 and 300 plus lbs.
Fire The Great Khali. The only reason he has a job is because of how tall he is. But the guy can't do an interview and he can't wrestle for crap. I was amazed they moved him to RAW is live and he sucks in the ring. But really the guy just bores me.
Fire The Miz. Do I really need to explain y? The guy is a joke.
Fire Matt Stryker. He has an ok gimick but his in ring work sucks and he doesn't have a very good look.

I don't think they should hire anyone else b/c they have enough talent just laying around taking up space as it is. But they should fire The Boogeyman, Jeff Hardy, and of course John Cena.
