well costumer service is when a employee is aware of the costumers and let them know that u are there to take care of whatever they need. Finding what they need, and if the store or whatever does not have that, they look for something else that satisfy the costumer. Is all about the satisfaction of the costumer so they come back. :)

Customer Service I would assume be defined as being able to care and help the customer when they need it. Fix their problems or find their item as if you were them. Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase.

Giving service to customers. "The customer is always right" Go out of your way to make dealing with your business as pleasant as possible. You have to put up with alot. But most people appreciate good customer service

Treat the person the way you expect to be treated!!!
Listen and take mental notes to what they are saying, and emphasize on that, and show general concern or excitement, as if it was your loss or your win . But in the long run you need to educate, so they will learn and not in a way that be littles them.
