Yes, you can use it in your 4 cycle lawnmower, but not on a regular basis. If your snow blower is a newer model it runs on a 50:1 gas oil mixture. This is the leanest mixture I know of. The reason you mix the oil and the gas, is the 2 cycle engine in your snow blower and trimmer do not have a separate oil reservoir. The mixture is sucked down into the crankcase and does the lubricating before being consumed. In a 4 cycle engine, used on most push mowers and all riding mowers, have a separate oil reservoir, to lubricate the engine, so the gas is used for combustion only. Oil in the gas is not as combustible, which can cause deposits which will over time reduce the efficiency of that engine, and cause failure in the end.

One tank will not hurt, but do not fill it every time with the mixture.

I wouldnt,t use it all the time. It will cause your spark plug to become fouled and eventually not work but other than changing the plug you will only be blowing a lot of blue smoke. I ran out of gas while getting firewood and had to use the chainsaw gas to get home. no problems. I would try to use the manufacturers recommended fuel though this will make the engine last for a lot longer.

Yes you can use it. It will only smoke some, but no big deal. I use it once in a while just as a way to lube the metalic parts of the fuel line (my grandfather taught me that when he worked in the mines).

I would not use it regularly as it can gunk up the valves, but using some fuel additive like STP can eliminate that problem.
