its not baby oil, its glycerine mixed with water.
It couldnt be baby oil, lmao, baby oil sinks in to your skin which wouldnt make it shiny, just make it soft.
glycerine mixed with water sits on top of the skin, giving it that affect that theyre sort of wet... but not, just a healthy glow.
