Keep asking yourself questions about your actions and your thoughts.

Ask yourself, when you are doing something, why am I doing this? Am I doing it to please myself or to impress or please someone else?

Ask yourself, when you think of something, is that what I really believe and why do I believe it?

Do I believe it because everyone else does or because I know it to be true.

Self knowledge comes from introspection. That means just examining our thoughts and behaviors.

Don't be quick to follow the crowd, but don't turn away from the crowd just to be different.

Know why you do what you do, and know say what you say.
