I agree, and yes I saw it. George W. Bush stole the election from Albert Gore, with the help of his brother, Jeb. Albert Gore comes from a great American family, the Tennessee Gores. So does his cousin, Gore Vidal, who wrote, CREATION, one of the most thoughtful books I have ever read on religion.

Don't believe everything you see on TV. Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. You have to do some research and use your own mind to find the truth. "Inconvenient Truth" is not the truth. It's premises are based on correlations and he (as many do) ignores the logical flaw of correlation.
Let me give you an example: if the production of bananas increases by 50% in Brazil, and the birth rate in Iceland increases by 50% in the same year, there is a correlation. However, that does not mean that those two things are related in any way.
This is the same flaw in the man-made global warming ideas. People say that CO2 has increased in the last 150 years, and the temperature has risen in the last 150 years, so they must be related. This is wrong. Just like the banana example, there is a correlation, but that does not make them related. The FACT is, that CO2 levels in the atmosphere have been higher than they are now (before humans) and the temperature at the time was colder.
Do the research, don't accept garbage just because someone famous says it.

I have seen that movie (in the usa here). He even came to my university campus last year with that same slide show, before the movie came out. it's really informative and done very well. before watching it i was already interested in environmentalism and all the issues associated with it, and I think this dvd gives a lot of good info about what's happening to the environment. i don't know if i'd vote for al gore though, he *is* married to tipper gore after all haha. i have to honestly say i don't know a whole, whole lot about him since he "fell off" the radar a while back so i'd have to look into that, but the environmentalism factor is a big plus - although when politics and science mix, the results are usually not good, but i believe he truly believes in this issue. he's a better choice than bush by far though, grrrr i'm sick of the united states having a lousy pick of presidential candidates to choose from when election times roll around.

al gore is an idiot, he didnt do much for that movie except narrate it, he isnt even allowed onstage to accept awards for it, because he wasnt involved in the making of the movie.
edit: if it is indeed manmade, then what as the cause of the first glacial meltdown?
its unstoppable and NATURAL climate change, but mans arrogance wont let them believe it, they cannot accept that there is anything they cant "fix".
go ahead and try, but at the end of the day , youre just pissing into the wind

Unfortunately it is all propoganda, the whole movie. Very little truth in it. The so called "surveys" less than 20% of the people responded... there are so many lies, but because it's on TV, or they made it into a movie, let's all beleive it...
