No; things could go either way.

I believe that life is not static, meaning that it could change significantly at any moment, whether we do anything or not, but usually, things don't continue indefinitely in either direction.

If you're depressed, things should change in time, but that also goes for the "good times," too.

When you're truly down - feeling like nobody's on your side, that everything has gone wrong - then you have to find some way of picking yourself up again and getting on with life. Time is unsympathetic, it ploughs on regardless of whether you want it to or not. So wallowing will get you nowhere. Sometimes people feel low because of a disorder or events in their life and when you have a problem like that, it's really difficult to pull yourself back up again - it takes time and effort, but getting through it shows inner strength.
I believe that anyone can go up when they're depressed as long as they have support and are determined to do it.

Yes, because you can choose to go up or down. What I meant was there are only two choices one is to go up and two is going constant.
