The boys want their dessert now is the only one that is correct. Although, based on your questions, you are asking for the pronoun that agrees with the antecedent- if only Jill is italicized in "c"- it seems to fulfill the question, but you also have mary in that sentence. Mary and Jill do not eat her vegetables but their vegetables. Glasses should be them not it. The children have their meal.
