i got super glue on my new phone..and i dunno how to get it off HELP!!!???!!!!???!!! anyways it's not exactly super glue that i got on it cuz i put super glue on my case..and then put the case on the phone...off course the glue was dried already..then i relized that the super glue kinda ink the white dry stuff onto my phone..but it still left a little "dry" spot..lik it's not shiny anymore (my phone) but it's lik..dry..but ya..i dunno wut to do =( help please! =)

Ther is no way to remove super glue from a surface. The glue has already etched the phone as you can see and that is not removable by any sort of solvent.
You need to polish that out best you can with a wet rag and polishing compound such as SOFT SCRUB. This material is used to polish out plastic sinks and fiberglass bath tubs, specifically for that purpose of cleaning and will not scratch them.
Soft Scrub can be purchased in grocery store.

Nail polish remover will remove the superglue.. BUT.. It may damage the plastic phone case also. Better test it first or live with the phone the way it is.
