Good to see you back, girl....
I used to think I was more of a giver...and I think I do that to a fault. So much so that I get hurt often. But after thinking about it recently, I must be more of a taker because giving shouldn't be done if you expect anything in return (the reason for a lot of my hurt).
SO honest answer...I think the scales are slightly tipped toward taking, but I'm working on tipping it back the other way because nobody likes a selfish person, least of all me.
Wow that was remarkably poignant given I'm nursing a sore back and my head is all over the place today.
