Impossible to say, what are the conditions?
You could say the bentley is the best vehicle in the world, but if you have to move a couch, then is it really the best vehicle in the world, or if you have to go down a dirt road thats washboarded, is it the best? It all depends on the circumstances. Everyone has an opinion. Some people will say anything from Japan is the best car ever made, Some people will say anything european is the best ever made, and some will say domestics are the best made. I am personally a Mussel fan. I love to go fast and have a fully blown bigblock (or small block, they can be used to push some ponies). I'm dropping a 5L into my truck with a mustang drive trane. It will go, and to me that will be the best vehicle in the world. But to you, you may see an old ruster (I'm not doing body work. Sleeper). Another way of wording this question is what is the best flavor in the world, or what is the best song. Its all opinion based.

choose Aston Martin DB9 Coupe or DB9 Volante as it has a built-in GPS navigation system. it was chosen as the car of the year 2006 in msn. many people such as Rio Ferdinand (he has a V12 Vanquish) etc.

Well,for muddin you want a chevy, like a blazer.Good power good mileage,small but mighty. Pretty fast too. If you want just a street car camaros are pretty fast, but affordable.
