What's worse are the will nots......

No matter how many times you flush...

A stubborn log refuses to give in to the downward swirls and remains afloat......

You open the stall door ...

And there is a line up to use the facility......DANG!!

Should a person do that, he or she does not feel any embarrass. It a selfish and irresponsible attitude or behaviour. Why, he or she don't do it at home and usually at public places ?
