If it's a very silky material.
If the woman's breast aren't very big.
Moving her shoulders forward would help it to slip off, even just one shoulder.
Do you ever notice that in these shots they only show the top half of the woman, leaving everything from her waist or hips down to be up to your imagination? Most likely someone is pulling on it slightly, because otherwise, even if you have 34B for a size...that dress will stay on.

Ghotwriter, what's with the strapless dress thing? this is the 3rd question regards to strapless dresses - go to a department store, try one on - shake, dance, jump and bounce - you decide.
Just to give you another insite, did you know if you turn to the left or to the right real quick, the front part might turn around, ending up that your wearing it backwards - it's pretty neat!
