I liked Jennifer Weiner's "Good In Bed".
Also, I think G.A. McKevett writes a mystery series about a plus-sized detective named Savannah Reid.
"Sterkarm Handshake" by Susan Price is a historical romance type novel about a larger woman who time travels to Scotland.

I really liked Sherillyn Kenyon's Fantasy Lover. It won some kind of award too. It's a really really great book.
