The dog is white, and average size. It's a boy. And we already have another dog named Gully (after Gulliver).

Any character name, or place name that is a good name for a dog would be great. Thanks so much.

You can change it. The dog will learn. A few years ago I adopted a dog from the shelter. It was a male dog with the name Ruby. We changed it to Robbie, which sounds similar, and he learned his new more masculine name in no time. I know someone whose golden retriever answers to two names. It has a formal name and a nickname and answers to both. I think it is actually a good idea to give it a new name as part of its new life.

Too bad it's not a girl. You could go with Lilly, short for lilliputian (sp).
