I am trying to conceive for a while. Always after sex I try not to move and put under my butt a pillow for more than a hour. The sperm still comes out, I was thinking is this a problem ? Or is normal for the sperm to come out anyway? And my partner did oral to me before sex. Is saliva killing the sperm if I got oral? Or does not matter? Appreciate your answers.

Some sperm will come out but some will go further inside. Make sure you have sex when you are able to conceive it is only a couple days out of the month. I don't think the saliva will make a difference since the saliva isn't deep into your vagina. Keep trying and relax it'll come in time.

You are supposed to stay laying down for 30 min. after sex to increase chances of conception and give the sperm a better chance to swim up through the cervix. It takes about 20 minutes for all the viable sperm to reach the cervix. Although some sperm does comes out regardless but it's mostly seminal fluid which is also released during ejaculation. I did read that saliva has a lot of bacteria in it which can be harmful to the sperm so they recommend you stay away from oral sex on the days you are trying to conceive.

Get over the pillow thing. It will happen when it is supposed to, not pillow is going to help. Saliva doesn't kill sperm and yes, it is normal for some of it to spill out. Why do you think women have periods....because there isn't enough room up there...

As far as the Oral goes; it won't hurt. If you are trying to conceive, have your husband (or do it yourself) manually bring you to orgasm right after he has ejaculated inside of you. The orgasm actually opens the cervix and "dips" the opening into the ejaculate which in turn pulls the semen into your cervix. This is where you want it. It worked for me.

No. Not a Problem.
Yes. It is normal.
No. Oral doesn't hurt it.
If you are more aroused it might help a little (but just a little), more internal spasms might actually facilitate sperm getting to their target
