It depends on your age. If you are between 13 and 22 it's natural because your hormones are running circles around you. But if you are older, you may have clinical depression. I would call doctors until I found one that treated depression with anti-depressants. But only after I decided it wasn't because someone or something in my life was not what I wanted. Young people must know they have a future full of their own choices waiting for them to go along with their freedom. Older people need to see what happened right before they got depressed. Track it down and make necessary changes. That's easy for ME to say, I know, but it works. No one can analyze you over a website, but there are some places on Yahoo search that have depression tests. Just don't give them your email or phone number before you are sure they have what you need. Get back in to life. Trust me. And never give up! Survive! That's our primary goal and yes, you have it too! Good Luck!

For one thing, I embrace the opportunity to take in animals. I have four cats and a dog. If loneliness truly is as debilitating problem and the person considers him/herself a responsible person, I whole-heartedly suggest taking in a pet. Many animals need homes, and many humans need companionship.
I would also suggest dusting off your address book, renting some videoes and catching up on writing letters. It makes a person feel connected without throwing one right into the middle of things. Ideally, write letters after you get a pet; then the pet is also a blanket and a consultant.
I don't mean to sound glib; I've truly done this in the past. Adults must spend a significant amount of time alone in order to develop as people. How we handle solitude is at least as important as how we handle society.

When you feel so lonely. Think of the good things you have done to others.
Do not give up hope. Put a period after & start it again. The more mistakes you do it will open the parth to do it right because you gain expeariance & you know what to do & not.
So! don't give up hope
As a man thinketh so is he/she. We are all what we have thought. Our mind is like a mental movie camera. What we think will store & give us results. so think possitively & improve your will power.
Go for a walk , do some bird watching etc.,
Good luck!

" We all feel lonely at times, when I start to feel lonely,
I get up and do something, keeping busy helps, writeing,
reading in your quiet time. in Summer go for a walk,
It's amazing what going outside can do , If you drive a car
go for a short drive stop at a store and walk around you don't
have to buy anything just being around other people will
help you forget yourself. Be happy,It's only 45 days until Spring, Ruby P ."

I guess i pray. Cheesy i guess it could be, but I talk with god and with myself, and just let it go. I'm here for a purpose i might as well punch my clock and do it now or do it again.
