Brindisi is an ancient city in the Italian region of Puglia, the capital of the province of Brindisi.
It has a population of over 87,900.
Brindisi is home to the Papola-Casale Airport, located 6 km outside the city's center.
It is also a major ferry port, with routes to Greece and elsewhere.
