suggest on making a project on the constituents of an alloy?

Unless you have unlimited resources I'd suggest that you do one which demonstrates the superiority of one of the early alloys over its elements. Make a small bronze bar ( or several with differing per centages of each element), make bars of tin and copper. Test the strength by applying force on the middle with the ends secured or some other means. This may still be costly.
