I sent a Global priority Mail package to my filipina girlfriend, and unfortunately I put down 425 instead of 452. What will happen next? I understand that if the package is undeliverable, it'll be sent back to me at no charge, in which case I'd rather have it sent back to me so I can change the address, and resend it, than risk the alternatives. She's going to try to find the incorrect address so they can give the package to her when it arrives.

It does not matter what address you put even the correct one. Chances are she will never get it anyway. Apparently you are not familiar with the way things work in the Philippines.
HINT: better use Fedex next time. Philippine mail is like a "black hole" no one will ever see it again once they get their hands on it.

Chances are it will arrive, but if it doesn't it probably had nothing to do with the number being wrong. The Philippine postal service is full of thieves when it comes to anything from the US.
