Went out last night, hungover of doom 2day!

Went out clubbing, returned home at 4am. started work this morning at 8am finish at 5.30pm

what can i eat to make myself feel better!

Im in exacly the same place as you at the mo. I dont finish till 5.30 either. Bummer eh!

Bannanas help alon with loads of water. Hope you feel better soon

Take aspirin with caffeine, something like Excedrin or BC Powders.
Take the aspirin and crush it. Take sublingually. You will be a new person within a half hour or so. Wash with a soda or something to get the sour taste out of you mouth. I'm no doctor but this works for me, very well.

A fry up is a great kill or cure you will either feel much better or 10 times worse and not be able to handle eating anything else for the rest of the day.
if you'r not brave enough, try some toast.

Drink plenty of water for a start off then get some sort of sandwich down you if you can, nothing to spicy though, sounds like a good night and hope your feeling much better soon.

A little scrambled egg on toast and some fruit juice or water.

Add extra salt to eggs to replace the salt your bodies lost due to dehydration.

Drink a LOT of water and avoid sugar.

Something like a fry up always sorts me out but then may make you want to sleep!! rink plenty of water and maybe get a burger or something which i know isn't good for ya but it somehow makes your hangover feel better.

Drink lots and lots of water. Eat something greasy, it will help you feel better. But the terrible way you are feeling is caused by severe dehydration...keep drinking water. Add lemon or lime to your water, it will help your body absorb and keep electrolytes. Good luck!

They say oats is a great thing to eat for a hangover, but I haven't yet tried it myself, so I couldn't tell you if it actually works. Eating anything usually helps though! Feel better drunkie;-)

Officially, bananas are meant to be very good (and lots of water of course), but I generally find lots of coke (cola!) and high-fat foods like crisps/sausage roll/chocolate make me feel better. Good luck, hope it was worth it!
